New Summer Schedules for Exercise Classes

IT’S A START FITNESS CLASS, run by Emilee Hajdu, will continue through the summer every Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Middle School Step Room beneath the Sanctuary.

Sessions are appropriate for all ages and focus on building flexibility and a strong core.  Cost per class is $10, and you can register at the door. If you have questions, please email Deb Philpotts at debphilpotts@gmail.com or Al Philpotts aphilpotts@gmail.com.

 

EASY BALANCE AND STRENGTH, led by Emily Kurtz, will meet for six Tuesday mornings this summer from 9:30 – 10:15 in Room 178.  (See complete schedule below.) This relaxed workout is intended to increase a sense of balance and muscle-tone.

June 19 – no class
June 26th – Regular class as scheduled
July 3, 10, 17, 24 – No class
July 31 & August 7 – Regular class as scheduled
August 14 – No Class
August 21 and 28 – Regular class as scheduled
