On August 3, The Oasis Contemporary service will be under the Festplatz tent once again at Musikfest 2014. We’re looking for our annual Roadies to join us this year. So, how do you become a Musikfest Roadie? You can become one in just three easy steps:

  1. Pick a team that you’ll know you’ll rock at. There are 5 great teams to choose from!
  2. Watch your e-mail a week before for detailed instructions from your team leader.
  3. Meet at 8 a.m. at FPCB’s Kirk Center on August 3 for prayer and carpooling (for those doing Sunday Roadie Duties).

Saturday Roadies:

TEAM TRUCK – Saturday, August 2 at 3:30 p.m. Got muscles? We’re looking for strong dedicated people to help with gear. Your duties included loading all of our gear and equipment the day before service so we’re ready to go on Sunday, August 3!

Sunday Roadies:

TEAM GEAR – 8 a.m. The true roadie duty! We need the most dedicated people to do this job. Help us unload equipment at The Festplatz. When the service is over we’ll need all hands on deck to load all equipment in the truck and help us unpack back on FPCB’s campus.

TEAM CHAIR – 8 a.m. We’ll need lots of hands to set up chairs for over 1,000 people! But before things get set up, we’ll need help sweeping the dance floor before and after service. The cleaner we are, the better!

TEAM HELLO + YO! – 8 a.m. Love to chat up a storm? Got an awesome smile? Join team Hello + Yo! Your duties will include greeting new and familiar faces while handing out programs. You also get to maintain The Oasis Band merch table.

TEAM THIRSTY – 8 a.m. When it’s hot out, this team is a lifesaver! Set up water stations around the Festplatz tent and hand out water bottles to those who are thirsty. Also, this team will help fill in for other teams that need the extra help.

Sign up today by filling out our form – or sign up in the rotunda during weekend services!
