INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

Our first priority of the Student Music program is for the safety and well-being of our children. To ensure this, we have put in place specific procedures which follow the Safe Church and security policies of our church.

o   All student choir classes and rehearsals will be held in the Children’s Center on Sundays at 9:00 AM, except for those Sundays when a choir is singing in the Kirk Center, when they will need to arrive at 8:15 AM.

o   All children need to be checked in at the computer stations located in the hallway outside the children’s library.  When checking in, select the choir option from the menu, and, for preschool and elementary students only, the Sunday school option.

o   Print out the student badge which will stay with your child during the class time, and parent badge, which remains with the parent or responsible adult.  Parents will need their badge to pick up their children at the end of choir or Sunday School.
