1. WHAT ARE THE CHURCH OFFICE HOURS?
FPC Bethlehem’s administrative offices are located on the 1st floor of the South Building. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. (The Preschool maintains their own offices on the first floor in the North Building.)

2. WHAT IF I HAVE A NEW ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER?
You can update all your information in the church’s ACS system online or fill out a Connect Card on campus. Connect Cards can be found in the Sanctuary pew racks or by the prayer box outside of the Kirk Center Rotunda.
3. WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PRAYER REQUEST?
Prayer requests can be made in several ways. One way is through Connect Cards on campus. Write down your prayer request and place the Connect Card in the prayer box at the rear of the Sanctuary’s center aisle or in the prayer box outside of the Kirk Center. In addition to the Connect Cards, you can request prayer by e-mailing PRAYER or calling our church office and speaking to a pastor or prayer ministrant.

4. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF THERE IS A DEATH IN MY FAMILY?
In the case of death in the congregation, please contact the church office at 610-867-5865 to speak to a pastor. Our Pastors and Leaders are here to be an encouragement and to stand with you in times of need.
5. WHO DO I CALL IF A LOVED ONE IS HOSPITALIZED?
Please contact the church office at 610-867-5865, and the receptionist will direct your call. If you need pastoral care after normal church hours, you may call the church’s emergency phone by dialing 610-778-7003.

9. IS THERE A KID’S MINISTRY?
We encourage all families to include their children in worship services. We also offer Childcare and Children’s Ministry classes for birth-8th grade during our Sunday morning services, and for infants to children entering kindergarten during our Saturday evening service.
We also have Youth Club Extreme (YCX) for 4th through 8th graders on Wednesday Nights and Sunday Night Live for high school students (9th -12th grades) on Sunday nights.

10. DO YOU DO BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS?
Yes. In accordance with our SAFE CHURCH POLICY and the Pennsylvania State Child Protective Services Law, we conduct screenings, criminal record checks, and child abuse clearances on all church employees (full-time and part-time) as well as all volunteers that work with children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities.
