The last date will be Thursday, April 13. This program, co-sponsored by the AARP Foundation and the IRS, provides trained volunteers who will prepare Federal and State Income Tax returns for E-filing as well as the applications for Pennsylvania Property Tax or Rent Rebates for those who qualify.
