Join the JOY fellowship for a CHOCOLATE DAY, Thursday, June 2. This trip to Hershey includes a tour of the Hershey Story Museum, where we will learn all about Mr. Hershey and the town that bears his name, and create our own chocolate bars in the lab. Following a box lunch, Hershey Trolleys will take us on a trip through the streets of Hershey as costumed actors interpret the sights, interspersed with humor and many samplings of chocolate. At Hershey Chocolate World we will take the Great American Chocolate Tour Ride through a mock factory with time to browse the extensive gift shop offering all things Hershey! There will be a chance to relax and smell the flowers on a late afternoon tour of Hershey Gardens and its Butterfly House. The trip is open to all chocolate lovers over the age of 50.
TIME: Departure will be via luxury bus at 7:45 a.m. from the church parking lot.
Register and pay at the JOY booth in Fellowship Hall from 9:45 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. Sundays, or mail a check to FPC along with the Registration Form on page three of the Joy Newsletter. Registration deadline is Sunday, May 29th.
